Week 4 – A time for gratitude and moving forward

This week has gone a little better with being able to stay on top of my cards.  I figured out that I needed to put all the things I need to do daily are listed on my “Service” card so that I don’t miss the daily readings of the Blue Print Builder, the reading in the Master Key, my DMP and my movie trailer.

Life is a beautiful place and I want to enjoy and experience the richness that life can offer me.  As the world  is within it will manifest in the world.  A world of thought and feeling and power of light and life and beauty and even though the forces are invisible, its forces are mighty.

Getting all my prospecting in and going to my gym classes has kept my schedule very full.  Keeping on top of all my Master Key reading and the all the items that need to be read several times a day and  making the quiet time for my 15 – 30 minute sit, reading my DMP, Blue Print and movie trailer doing with the lesson is becoming easier.

 

This week has been a time of being more conscious of bringing a compliment wherever I go and continually being in a state of gratitude.  It is not out of character for me to do this naturally, but I am in a state, because of my reading, in Scroll 1 of Og Mandino’s Books, to be more aware.  I find my sit time has left me more relaxed and calm. I feel empowered and my belief is growing that real change will happen.  I seem to be more aware of the great people that I bump into every day in my life and I  want to compliment them to let them know what I like about them.

I find reading the pages in Scroll, that I notice various sentences pop out now and have more meaning even though I have been reading them 3 X a day for weeks. I find there is a deepening of understanding about what I really  want through the rewriting of my Definite Master Purpose.  This process of focusing on me and what I want  has been new for me.

My daily habits are becoming easier. I know this process of learning and continually creating good habits will make me a better person and will create a better life for me and my family.  Dreaming of a better and more fulfilled life.

Week 3 Master Key Experience – How Nervous System connects to Subconscious

This week has been much harder for me.  Many more commitments and not enough sleep. I have been diligently reading Og Mandino’s Scroll 1, got clearer on my DMP, and have been reading my DMP. I believe I am becoming more comfortable with my new habits, but  still find time escapes me and that some of the repetitions I’ve missed. I do feel I am getting a grasp on the many things that need to be done and week 4 will go much more smoothly and be more consistent.  I do know that is the key element in the Master Key program.

I believe that the actions of conscious thought and the habitual actions will pass through to the subconscious and that things will change because of the habits. I am working more diligently on having the habits become more automatic.

It is very interesting to learn how the nervous system and its elements in the physical body are related to the conscious mind and the subconscious.

I did some reading on the vagus nerve and this is what I found.

 

“The vagus nerve is the longest cranial nerve.  It contains motor and sensory fibers and because it passes through the neck and the throat to the abdomen, has the widest distribution in the body.  It contains somatic and visceral afferent fibers, as well as general and specific visceral efferent fibers.”

The vagus nerve is the connection between the brain and the solar plexus; which is why we feel a gut response or feel instinctively  when something is right or wrong.  The solar plexus is like the sun and center of our body.  The energy we feel is real because it is being distributed by the nerves.

I had an experience years ago to meet or should I say be very close to President Bill Clinton after he gave a speech in our city. I went to where he came out to meet the audience to say hello; there was a rope between us, but I was very close. I felt  Bill Clinton’s magnetism,  3 to 4 feet away. The  sensation was very strong, it felt like a rush or push of energy that radiated from him that was palpable.  This energy in the solar plexus can radiate out and can be experienced by other people as personal magnetism. I’ve never forgotten this experience, this power of personal magnetism.  No wonder he continues to have a positive impact on everything he does in his life.

When the solar plexus is active it radiates life, energy and vitality to every part of the body.  The 15 minute sit helps feed this part of the body and connects us to our own intuition and subconscious.  When we become ill our body isn’t able to generate sufficient energy for the conscious mind which is dependent on the subconscious.  It throws us all off.  The more energy we can generate the more our light will shine.

Having non resistant thought expands our solar plexus.  I think this is where the habit and repetition and powerful positive emotion and belief will make all the difference.  Having thoughts of courage, power, confidence and hope all produce  this positive state. The only thing that can get in the way is FEAR. This needs to be confidently destroyed.

When this is done the light will shine, the clouds will disappear and one will experience and will find the source of power, energy and life.  It makes me excited to know that will also happen for me.

Week 2 Master Key Experience- What is in your way?

So excited to be learning more about the power of the subconscious.  My exposure to the power of the subconscious has gone on for many years but this is the first time I am learning how to access and change the programming of my subconscious.  My exposure to the power of meditation on my spiritual path is taught in my church and is a part of my spiritual journey.  My problem is consistency.  Meditation is an access point to the subconscious. Consistency that becomes habit is key to true success as I will explain.

 

Habit and the power of habit that is taught in the MKMMA (Master Key System)  is being drummed into my head.  The difference between those who have failed or those that have succeeded is in the difference in habits.  I now see meditation as a piece of the puzzle for the future of my success.  It is another path to the subconscious.

 

The importance in the message I give myself has to be a clear message of what  I want.  No more fuzzy thinking.  Clarity of desire is a must.  If my desire to move forward, it is a must  to create my heart’s desire.   There are forces in the universe that will come to my aid to achieve it.

 

For me a sense of unworthiness that comes from my childhood has been in  the way of truly getting what I want.  How many people do you know who may also have the issues of not being good enough or being unworthy?  This obstacle that I have discovered certainly gets in the way of having a positive message to the subconscious.

 

What is the difference between the conscious and subconscious?  “The conscious mind has the power of reasoning;  it is the seat of the will and may impress the subconscious.” (Master Key Experience- definition.)

 

What I am learning and expect to experience is that  the exterior conditions correspond with the predominant mental attitude that I entertain in my deepest desires. What this means is that when the subconscious is in alignment with what I want,  exterior circumstances change.   These can be changed by reaching the subconscious with positive messages that are delivered in the present. tense.

 

The subconscious has our instinctive and deepest desires.  If our desires aren’t said in the present tense and already happening, the subconscious does not go to work on our behalf.  As I mentioned before when the messages are given to the subconscious in present tense and are spoken consistently and habitually the subconscious will get the message.

 

The Master Key System is the only way I know of to have a pathway to permanent change.  This is not a rah, rah pep rally.  This method is a way to do the introspective work to determine what I, (you) really want to see that permanent change can take place.
